Why You’ll Love Working Here
We Encourage You to Apply
You may not check every preferred box, and that’s okay!
Experience in education is helpful, but strong candidates may also come from customer operations, healthcare administration, financial services, credentialing, workforce development, hospitality operations, or other environments where accuracy, deadlines, documentation, and customer communication matter.
However, this role does require strong attention to detail, organization, and comfort balancing customer-facing responsibilities with administrative and operational work. If your recent experience has primarily involved high-volume transactional customer service without ownership of follow-up, documentation, coordination, or operational processes, this may not be the right opportunity.
If you enjoy keeping things organized, solving problems, helping people navigate complicated processes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we’d love to hear from you.
A Human Approach to Hiring
We believe candidates deserve a thoughtful and human hiring experience.
Every application is reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition team. AI is not used to independently decide whether a candidate moves forward in our hiring process, and hiring decisions are made by people.
We may use technology to help our recruiting team stay organized and manage the hiring process efficiently, but we want to understand your experience, your accomplishments, and your voice.
We encourage you to submit an application that reflects your own background and experiences.
Application Deadline
Applications for this opportunity will be accepted through Thursday, October 8th 2026.
We encourage interested candidates to apply before the deadline. Applications submitted after this date may not be considered once the role has moved forward in the hiring process.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
