Job Description
This role focuses on building pre-manufactured metal buildings in commercial and industrial settings. You will use your hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding, and structural assembly to help deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. The position involves reading blueprints, assembling and installing metal structures, and working safely with a variety of tools and equipment in an outdoor construction environment.

Work Environment
This is a field-based construction role with work performed outdoors year-round in all weather conditions. You will report to the shop each day and then travel with the team to job sites within approximately a 30-mile radius of Racine. The work environment is hands-on and physically active, involving metal construction, framing, roofing, welding, and general labor tasks. You will regularly use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cutting tools, and heavy machinery while working on commercial and industrial metal building projects. The setting emphasizes safety, teamwork, and maintaining an organized job site.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of RACINE, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
