As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions. Using our innovative technology and proven sales process, you'll guide customers through product selections, financing options, and project planning while helping them transform their homes.

This is a no cold-calling opportunity. All appointments are generated through our marketing efforts, home shows, and events, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing sales.

• Conduct professional in-home bathroom consultations with homeowners.
• Measure spaces and assess customer needs.
• Present Bath Concepts products, design options, and financing solutions.
• Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized bathroom designs.
• Deliver compelling presentations and close sales during the initial appointment.
• Attend weekly sales training sessions to continue developing your skills.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process.

• Minimum 1 year of in-home sales, home improvement sales, or commission-based sales experience.
• Background in bath remodeling, kitchens, windows, roofing, solar, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable discussing financing options with homeowners.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly.

• 100% Commission-Based Position
• Earn 20% commission on jobs sold at full margin (100% margin sales)
