Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.50 - $20/hr

What’s a typical day as an Warehouse Administrator? You’ll be: • Receiving customer orders via email or electronically and ensuring accurate processing.
• Reviewing and coordinating shipments based on customer information while addressing discrepancies or changes in orders.
• Interfacing with external customers to provide updates, pricing, stock availability, and answering inquiries from field engineers, planners, and managers.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Have experience in the telecommunications industry and familiarity with Oracle Order Management (preferred but not mandatory).
