Day Shift |40 Hours/Week
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22 – $24/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support front and back-office clinical operations, patient care, scheduling, and clinical procedures.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in addition to an externship.
Medical Assistant certification strongly preferred.
Phlebotomy/venipuncture experience required.
EMR experience.
Front and back-office clinical experience.
EKG and Point-of-Care (POC) testing experience.
BLS or CPR certification.
Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
2–3 years of Medical Assistant experience.
Occupational Health experience.
Experience with vaccinations.
Responsibilities
Support front and back-office clinical operations.
Greet, room, and assist patients.
Schedule appointments and answer phones.
Obtain and document patient vital signs.
Perform blood draws and venipuncture.
Administer vaccines as directed.
Perform EKGs and Point-of-Care testing.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Provide additional clinical support as needed.
Maintain a collaborative and professional relationship with center staff.
