Job Description
The Warehouse Operator will support daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory management, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records within SAP, WMS, and ERP systems while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The position also supports warehouse equipment maintenance, inventory accuracy initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts within a highly regulated environment focused on patient safety and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
High School Diploma or Vocational Education
Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or inventory environment
Experience with inventory management, stock movements, cycle counting, or order fulfillment
Comfortable using WMS, SAP, ERP, or similar inventory tracking systems
Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills
Ability to work in a quality-focused, process-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications
3-5+ years of warehouse operations experience
Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated industries
Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems
Experience supporting shipping/receiving and inventory control processes
Knowledge of quality inspections and compliance requirements
Experience troubleshooting warehouse equipment or supporting maintenance activities
Exposure to customs/import-export processes
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives

Compensation: $24/hr to $26/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
