Recruiter (Part-Time)

Location:Downtown Portland, OR
Schedule: 20–25 hours/week, with potential to increase
Pay: Approximately $40–$45/hour DOE
Duration: Temporary assignment through approximately March
Work Arrangement: Hybrid/onsite – Mondays required onsite

CV Resources is partnering with a growing organization in Portland to identify an experienced Part-Time Recruiter for an immediate temporary need.

This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded Recruiter who can quickly step in and support a variety of hiring needs across the organization. The role will manage a mix of entry-level/high-volume and professional/corporate recruiting, including backfills, finance positions, and occasional new roles as the business evolves.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and candidate profiles

• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process

• Support both high-volume and professional-level searches

• Provide a polished and responsive candidate experience

• Adapt quickly as hiring priorities and business needs change

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience

• Strong business acumen and ability to understand different functions quickly

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Professional, adaptable, and comfortable working independently

• Ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities

• Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up

Personality, communication skills, and business acumen are more important than a specific number of years of experience.

This position will start at approximately 20–25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on business needs.

Monday onsite in Portland is required, with a preference for someone who can spend at least a few hours in the office on additional weekdays.
