Eau Claire, WI | Regular full-time (36–40 hrs/week) | $18–20 per hour

Are you a detail-oriented maker who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship? At Hello Adorn, every piece is made by hand with intention, and our Makers bring that standard to life. In this role, you'll create high-quality pieces, support daily production across our floor, and build the techniques our team uses every day.

The Maker crafts high-quality jewelry that meets brand and customer standards, completes production steps from assembly through finishing and packaging, performs quality corrections, maintains an organized workspace, and meets daily work order expectations. This role also supports daily production setup, flexes across production tasks as priorities shift, and identifies opportunities to improve tools, techniques, and workflows.

Jewelry Making

• Create handcrafted jewelry using established SOPs, ensuring every piece meets Hello Adorn's quality and brand standards.
• Complete finishing steps including tumbling, packaging, and submitting pieces for quality control.
• Correct quality issues identified during QC and maintain accuracy across all work.
• Complete daily work orders on schedule and maintain an organized, efficient workspace.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools, recipes, and production processes.

Other Responsibilities

• Help prepare work areas for daily production.
• Flex across production tasks as daily priorities shift.
• Keep shared production areas clean and organized.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time availability (36–40 hrs/week).
• No prior experience required. We'll train the right candidate with a passion for making and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on jewelry-making, craft, or production experience.
• Comfort using tumblers, torches, and hand tools.

• High manual dexterity and fine motor control for intricate work.
• Comfort switching tasks throughout the day.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and take feedback.

• Seated bench work and standing work for extended periods.
• Fine, repetitive hand motion.
• Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
• Work with open flame (torches), tumblers, finishing compounds, and hand tools using provided safety equipment.
