Restaurant Team Member

Join the Chop5 team as a Restaurant Team Member! We’re looking for energetic, dependable, and hardworking team members who create a welcoming, conversational, family-oriented experience for every guest. This role offers great pay, flexible hours, and opportunities to cross-train across all restaurant stations while building toward shift supervisor and assistant manager pathways. Team members report to the general manager, shift supervisor, assistant manager, and restaurant manager.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with personalized, attentive, and upbeat service.
• Take accurate orders at the front counter and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Handle cash and complete transactions accurately.
• Prepare food according to restaurant standards and food-safety practices.
• Support dining room upkeep and maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Restock supplies and assist across all restaurant stations as needed.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively to deliver fast, accurate service.

• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Cash-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in restaurant operations.
