Position Summary
Results-driven Warehouse Manager with experience leading warehouse operations in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. Responsible for overseeing receiving, inventory control, material movement, shipping, and team development while ensuring safety, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery performance. Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize workflows, and support production and customer requirements through effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ERP transactions.
- Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and customer deliveries.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse personnel while managing staffing and performance.
- Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, accuracy, and cost reduction.
- Monitor and report warehouse KPIs and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in: Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field required.
- 5-7 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes.
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.
