Medical Assistant

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine and clinical duties to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Full Time position with medical benefits. Monday-Friday. Must have own transportation. Will be responsible for opening office.

Responsibilities:

Front Office duties

• Phones, Scheduling, filing, faxing
• Confirmation of appointments
• Intake prior to appointments
• Input patient demographics
• Enter patient encounters (will train)
• Medical records
• Perform EKG
• PHLEBOTOMY-WE DRAW LABS DAILY AND SEND OUT TO LABORATORY

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Own transportation
• Phlebotomy (Draw blood)
• Friendly, works well with others
