Precision CNC Setup and Programming Specialist

When you arrive at our state-of-the-art Warminster facility, the day begins with a blueprint in hand and a goal: transform raw stock into flawless components. You’ll review technical drawings and work orders, plan your setup, choose tooling, and dial in your CNC lathe or mill. With a passion for accuracy and an eye for detail, you take ownership from first setup through final inspection.

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, and related tooling) to produce precision parts that meet exact specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to determine machining strategy.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments, ensuring parts meet required specs.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment to keep performance optimal.
• Troubleshoot machining issues, adjust programs or tooling, and resolve problems quickly to maintain flow.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine processes, drive productivity, and share best practices.
• Keep your area organized and safe, following all safety protocols without compromise.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a machining certificate or technical degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist with strong setup and programming understanding.
• Comfort with a range of CNC machines and tools, including mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Ability to interpret technical documentationblueprints, drawings, and schematicswith precision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Problem-solver who works well independently and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and practices.
