Operations Finance Manager

Location: Jacksonville, FL; Rockaway, NJ may be considered
Compensation: $110,000 and Up to $130,000 base salary plus a 10–15% bonus DOE
Travel: Up to 10%

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Finance Manager with experience working in a manufacturing plant. You will partner with plant leadership to analyze costs and performance, improve forecasts, and turn operational data into practical recommendations. The role also manages financial data and reporting for other plants.

What you’ll do

• Analyze plant P&Ls, manufacturing costs, inventory, productivity, and operational results.

• Investigate standard cost and production variances, including materials, labor, and overhead.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial models for plant operations.

• Partner with plant managers and supply chain teams to identify opportunities to improve profitability and working capital.

• Present clear findings and recommendations to operations and finance leadership.

What you’ll bring

• Required: Experience in a manufacturing plant environment and strong knowledge of cost accounting and plant operations.

• Required: Hands-on experience with financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational data.

• Experience with inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing P&Ls.

• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to explain financial results to non-finance teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field; 5+ years of progressive finance experience.

• CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
