Peoria, IL | $40K–$50K Base + Monthly Bonus | $65K–$100K+ Total Earning Potential

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service restaurant in Peoria, IL.

This is a true operator role. We need someone who has owned restaurant performance not simply managed shifts.

Compensation

• Starting Base: $40,000–$50,000, based on experience
• Monthly performance bonus potential: approximately $3,500 when KPI targets are achieved
• GMs in this market typically earn $65,000–$100,000+ annually through base + incentives
• Many successful GMs earn approximately $85,000 annually
• Additional earning potential as restaurant performance grows

• General Manager-level restaurant leadership experience
• Sonic management experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls
• Experience managing labor and food costs
• Proven hiring, training and team-development experience
• Ability to operate the restaurant with an ownership mentality
• Strong leadership and accountability

Restaurant Concepts That Translate Well

The strongest candidates will come from Sonic or similar high-volume drive-thru / drive-in QSR environments where managers are responsible for the full business.

Relevant experience may include concepts such as:

Sonic experience remains the strongest preference.
