What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Identify customer needs and recommend products that fit their needs
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Answer questions and explain product features, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain an attractive, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships
- Work as part of a team to achieve individual and store sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers and making product recommendations
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including some evenings and weekends
