Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a full-time Service Advisor Assistant to support our Service Advisors with their daily duties. This is a great entry point into the service department for someone we can train and develop to eventually grow into a Service Advisor role. You'll work closely with our advisors, learning the ins and outs of the service process while providing hands-on support to keep the department running smoothly.

Compensation

• $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors with writing service repair orders
• Take customer payments for service
• Sign out and manage rental vehicles for service customers
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team member
• Support Service Advisors with day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks
• Learn dealership service processes and systems in preparation for advancement into a Service Advisor role
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Prior automotive or dealership experience a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with computer systems and service scheduling software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Interest in growing into a Service Advisor role
