Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM | 5 Days/Week | 40 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend as Required

Pay Rate
Local: $1,875 – $2,062/week
Traveler: $2,300 – $2,366/week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, administer medications, and provide safe, quality care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting.
Required Qualifications
Active New York State RN license with proof provided at submission.
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) RN experience.
BLS Certification.
Charge or Supervisor experience preferred.
Ability to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation.
Strong attendance, punctuality, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to supervise staff while working a medication cart.
First-time travelers accepted.
Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and CNAs on assigned units.
Perform medication passes and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition appropriately.
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Provide nursing care according to facility policies and standards.
Maintain safe and appropriate care for residents in an LTC/SNF rehabilitation environment.
Support daily unit operations and coordinate care with the nursing team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
