Insurance Customer Service Representative

The Bond Agency is looking for an experienced, licensed Customer Service Representative who is confident speaking with customers, follows through consistently, and knows how to build strong customer relationships. This is an in-office position in Montgomery, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests
• Process policy changes and provide insurance documents
• Assist with billing questions and coordinate with carriers to resolve issues
• Review renewals, explain policy changes, and identify opportunities to retain customers
• Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Cross-sell additional products and coverage or coordinate with the sales team
• Follow up consistently on outstanding requests and customer concerns
• Maintain accurate customer information and service activity in the agency’s systems
• Meet individual service and retention goals

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in office in Montgomery, Texas
• Active TX General Lines Property and Casualty license (Required)
• Previous insurance agency customer service experience (Required)
• Experience handling policy changes, billing questions, and renewals
• Ability to explain coverage clearly and handle customer concerns professionally
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while contributing to the agency team
