As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll represent a leading telecommunications provider at retail locations across the Lexington area. You’ll assist customers in finding solutions for their internet, mobile, streaming, and home entertainment needs.

No prior sales experience required paid training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Work at designated retail locations throughout the Lexington area
• Engage with customers and understand their needs
• Introduce customers to available internet, mobile, streaming, and entertainment services
• Suggest products and services that fit each customer’s needs
• Explain products, features, pricing, and current promotions
• Assist customers with starting new services or updating existing services
• Complete sales using company-provided technology
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
• Take part in daily training and coaching
• Monitor your sales activity and performance
• Represent the company in a professional manner

This is a face-to-face retail sales role where you’ll work directly with customers, build relationships, and gain valuable sales experience.

Previous sales experience is not necessary.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, recruiting, fundraising, or other people-oriented roles is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Pay & Performance

• Hourly base pay
• Performance-based commissions
• Bonuses and sales incentives
• Typical earning potential: $800–$1,300+ per week, depending on individual performance, commissions, bonuses, and hours worked

Paid Training & Career Growth

No sales background? That’s okay. We provide paid training and hands-on coaching to help you learn our products, sales process, and approach to working with customers.

For motivated team members, there are opportunities to assume additional responsibilities, build leadership skills, and advance within the company.

Schedule

Full-Time: Thursday–Monday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included)

Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday

Candidates must be available to work the complete Thursday–Monday schedule.

Transportation

This is an in-person retail sales position with assignments at retail locations throughout the Lexington area.

Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
