About the Role:

As a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing the physical and emotional needs of our residents, and developing individualized care plans to meet their specific needs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care, promote resident independence, and maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring resident conditions

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care

• Monitor and report resident conditions, including changes in their physical and emotional well-being

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medications, treatments, and test results

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
