Compensation:

$18 - $19 starting hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the welcoming face of our clinic, greeting patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring seamless scheduling and minimal wait times.
  • Facilitate clear and compassionate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Manage patient records with accuracy, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist patients with insurance queries, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and follow up on treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in coordinating patient appointments and managing schedules efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Proven track record of maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple schedules and priorities.
  • Ability to assist patients in understanding their care plans and addressing their concerns.
  • Experience in collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Proficiency in monitoring patient progress and ensuring continuity of care.
  • Proficiency in using computer software programs and management.
  • A calm, detail-oriented approach you catch the small things before they become big things.
  • A collaborative mindset; you work well as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
