Financial Reporting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $160,000 to $190,000 per year.

• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, account reconciliations, and monthly reporting packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Analyze financial results, spending trends, and budget variances to identify key business drivers and reporting insights.

• Present financial performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Partner with multiple departments to support financial planning, reporting needs, and organizational initiatives.

• Lead special projects and process improvement efforts that enhance reporting efficiency and financial visibility.

• A Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Maintain an active CPA license and strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.

• 3+ years of management experience leading accounting or finance teams.

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, audit support, or related accounting functions.

• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with enterprise financial systems preferred.

• Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate financial performance and support business decisions.

• Communicate effectively with executives, department leaders, and cross functional stakeholders through written and verbal presentations.

• Demonstrate strong leadership abilities by coaching team members, setting expectations, and driving accountability.

• Maintain exceptional organizational skills while managing multiple priorities and reporting deadlines.

• Bring experience with enterprise resource planning systems, public accounting environments, or strategic process improvement initiatives considered beneficial.
