• Plan and facilitate memory care activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• Engage residents in meaningful social interactions and cognitive exercises
• Adapt activities to accommodate individual preferences and abilities
• Assist residents with participating in daily routines and special events
• Observe and document residents' responses to activities and communicate findings to the care team
