What You’ll Do- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily flow
- Coordinate meetings, followups, and communication across the leadership team
- Assist with hiring tasks, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
- Support ongoing projects and company initiatives with precision and followthrough
- Keep information organized, deadlines on track, and details handled
- Bring professionalism, clarity, and a steady presence to a dynamic environment
- Occasionally prevent small chaos from becoming big chaos
