PACKERS AND MACHINE OPERATORS WANTED – 12-HOUR SHIFT ??

Are you mechanically inclined and thrive in a hands-on role? We’re looking for a Skilled Machine Operators and Packers to join our team and keep our production lines running smoothly and efficiently!

Location: Morganton

Shift: 12-Hour Shifts (Day and Night) 7-7 2.2.3 rotating schedule

Pay: Competitive wages + shift premiums + overtime opportunities ($19.76 - $22.77)

What You’ll Be Doing as Machine Operator and Packer:

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery
• Perform routine mechanical adjustments and minor repairs
• Monitor product quality and make real-time process adjustments
• Keep accurate records of production and downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
