Job Description:
We are seeking friendly and dependable Call Center Representatives to assist customers with scheduling transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a professional phone presence, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to provide helpful and compassionate service.
This position involves assisting individuals with disabilities, so patience, empathy, and professionalism are especially important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist customers with arranging and scheduling transportation services.
- Enter trip information accurately into the appropriate scheduling system.
- Determine the appropriate scheduling approach based on the customer's requested pickup or arrival time.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding transportation schedules and trip details.
- Maintain a positive and patient attitude when assisting customers with questions or concerns.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure accurate and timely service.
- Complete additional customer service or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and friendly telephone presence.
- Customer service experience preferred; retail, hospitality, call center, or similar backgrounds are welcome.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter information.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to commit to the required schedule.
- Must be comfortable working with individuals who may have disabilities or additional transportation needs.
- Must successfully complete required background and drug screening prior to starting.
Additional Details:
- Training: Classroom-style training will be provided prior to working independently.
- Start Date: ASAP, with the preferred start date of Monday, October 5.
- Interview Process: Direct start process; qualified candidates may move quickly through the hiring process.
- Schedule: Candidates must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Background/Drug Screening: A qualifying criminal background check and 5-panel drug screen are required before beginning the assignment.

- Software: Microsoft Office and specialized scheduling/phone systems will be used.
