Multi-Process Fabrication Welder – Jackson, TN (38305)
From your first spark of the day to the final inspection, you’ll bring metal to life. In this role, you’ll fabricate and repair components across steel, aluminum, and stainless steelturning blueprints into precise, reliable products while upholding rigorous quality and safety standards.
A Day in the Shop
- Translate blueprints, drawings, and specs into accurate weld plans.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently across MIG, TIG, and stick processes.
- Perform welds on steel, aluminum, and stainless with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Inspect completed work to confirm dimensional accuracy and specification compliance.
- Keep your work area organized and follow all safety protocols.
- Coordinate with teammates to hit project milestones and budgets.
- Invest in your craft through ongoing training and skill development.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications are a plus.
- Documented experience as a welder and a portfolio that shows your workmanship.
- Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and stick techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a drive for high-quality results.
- Strong problem-solving approach; comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Solid knowledge of welding safety standards and best practices.
