A-Tech Bodyman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced A-Tech Body man to join our growing collision repair team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of performing high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complete collision and structural body repairs
• Replace and repair damaged panels and components
• Conduct frame and unibody repairs using measuring equipment
• Weld, fit, grind, and prep vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety expectations
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work closely with estimators, painters, and team members to ensure timely repairs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an A-Tech Body man in a collision repair shop
• Strong knowledge of frame, structural, and body repair procedures
• Ability to use shop tools and repair equipment safely and effectively
• I-CAR certifications preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
