Job Duties
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
- Perform maintenance and repairs, including brakes, suspension, steering, and engine work.
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections with clear notes and photos.
- Communicate findings, needed repairs, and job progress to service advisors.
- Verify repairs, perform required test drives, and complete quality-control checks.
- Keep your workspace clean, protect customer vehicles, and help teammates when needed.
Required Experience
- Professional experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles in an automotive shop.
- Strong diagnostic skills and experience using scan tools and repair information.
- Ability to work independently while communicating well with the team.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to safely test-drive customer vehicles.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
