Junior Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • The Junior Sales Manager is responsible for growing customer acquisition
  • Guiding a team of Account Executives to ensure sales goals are met
  • Direct, motivate and inspire
  • Collaborate and communicate with other team members
  • Managing existing customer base
  • Build and develop rapport with customers to establish new customer accounts
  • Help craft events that deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve team goals
  • Learn strategic marketing and sales techniques
  • Acquire new customer accounts
  • Speak to customers face-to-face at live events about products and services
