Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer interactions and daily operational activities in Los Angeles, California. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and contributing to a busy onsite environment. The role combines front-line service with coordination of repair requests, order support, and inventory-related tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver prompt, courteous assistance to customers by phone, message, and other communication channels while addressing questions, concerns, and order-related needs.
• Guide customers through product inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution with a focus on accuracy and a positive service experience.
• Oversee repair and service requests from intake through completion, ensuring customers receive clear updates on progress and expected timing.
• Create service-related invoices, secure customer approvals, and coordinate communication between clients and the service team.
• Arrange the shipment of parts or materials when needed and monitor service activity to support timely follow-up.
• Assist with order entry, fulfillment preparation, and shipping tasks to maintain efficient daily operations.
• Support stock organization, product handling, and inventory tracking to help preserve accurate records.
• Contribute to general warehouse and operational duties as needed in a hands-on, fast-paced setting.• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle inbound customer interactions professionally.
• Proven ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on open items with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, tracking, and routine administrative tasks.
• Comfortable performing onsite work in an office environment and collaborating with cross-functional team members.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as part of operational or inventory-related duties.
• Experience with order entry, inbound and outbound calls, or fulfillment support is valuable for success in this role.
• Spanish language ability is preferred but not required.
