Jet-Hot, a New Page Capital company, is hiring a Sales Representative to work onsite at our Greensboro, NC headquarters. Jet-Hot creates high-performance, specialized coatings for industrial and commercial partsand some seriously cool aftermarket pieces like headers, exhausts, and custom components. This isn't your typical sales job. Every call is a conversation about cars, customer builds, motors, and horsepower. Every customer walks in with a different project, and they're counting on you to help them finish it right. The compensation for this role will be a combination of the hourly rate listed and a tiered commission structure tied to sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Talk shop with gearheads about their builds, then recommend the right coating process for the job
  • Juggle phone calls, texts, and emails without dropping the ball
  • Welcome new customers and take care of the returning ones who keep coming
  • Log every conversation in our CRM with clear, concise notes
  • Work with your team to keep orders moving and customers happy

Requirements:

  • Great phone and in-person customer service
  • Computer skills and CRM experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Possess the drive to learn our coatings inside and out: how they work, where they shine, and which one fits which build
  • Automotive knowledge is a huge plus
  • An excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
