Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3x12 | 36 Hours/Week | 6 Weekends per 6 Weeks

Pay Rate: $1,800 – $2,194/week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide comprehensive emergency nursing care, prioritize patients based on acuity, and respond effectively to rapidly changing conditions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room/ER RN experience required.
Active RN license required.
ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required.
Strong emergency assessment, prioritization, critical-thinking, and response skills.
Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Department patients.
Perform initial and ongoing assessments and prioritize care based on acuity.
Monitor vital signs, patient status, and response to treatment.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to orders and protocols.
Respond promptly to emergency and rapidly changing patient conditions.
Assist with emergency procedures, trauma care, and resuscitation efforts.
Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment, medications, follow-up care, and discharge instructions.
Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and Emergency Department protocols.
