Front Office Concierge

Our front office is more than a check-in deskit is the first impression of our practice and an important part of the patient experience. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced medical setting.

**This position REQUIRES candidates to be willing and able to travel to all our office locations in Naples, Fort Myers and Punta Gorda**

In this role, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for our patients by:

• Greeting and checking in patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitoring the reception area and keeping patients informed as needed
• Reviewing patient information and ensuring required forms and signatures are complete
• Entering and updating patient demographic and insurance information
• Verifying insurance coverage, benefits, referrals, and authorizations
• Answering incoming calls and providing accurate practice information
• Scheduling appointments, follow-up visits, diagnostic testing, and transfers of care
• Collecting patient payments and explaining financial responsibility
• Reviewing fee sheets for accuracy and entering charges
• Documenting and following up on missed appointments
• Supporting the front office team and assisting with other responsibilities as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of medical office experience (required)
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities
• Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A compassionate and professional approach to patient care
• A dependable team player who is ready to contribute
