We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily distribution center activities. In this role, you will oversee workflow, ensure inventory accuracy, enforce safety and GMP compliance, and optimize shipping/receiving processes. You will directly manage and develop our warehouse team to maintain high productivity, quality, and material handling standards in a fast-paced environment.

  • Supervise Production and Warehouse operations to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products from raw material receipt through production, storage, and shipment, in accordance with established specifications, schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure production activities are performed according to established specifications, formulas, production requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Manage raw materials and finished products regarding their proper receipt, verification, identification, traceability, weighing, handling, and storage to ensure product integrity and prevent damage, loss, or contamination.
  • Supervise logistical activities, including receiving, storage, material handling, inventory, and shipping, ensuring compliance with established procedures and applicable quality requirements.
  • Plan and monitor physical inventories and inventory levels to ensure inventory accuracy, reliability, and material availability.
  • Coordinate operational priorities and resources in alignment with production planning, warehouse activities, and customer requirements.

Performance, Maintenance, & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor production and warehouse performance, losses, equipment conditions, and operational activities to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, taking or requesting appropriate corrective actions.
  • Maintain area standards by ensuring the proper condition, organization, and cleanliness of Production and Warehouse areas, materials, and equipment.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance by monitoring the condition and proper operation of production and warehouse equipment and requesting corrective or preventive maintenance whenever necessary.
  • Establish, monitor, and communicate operational goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyzing results and trends to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures when performance targets are not achieved.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost control across Production and Warehouse operations.
  • Support operational projects, including the implementation of new processes, systems, equipment, and technologies aimed at improving operational performance and reducing costs.

Team Leadership & Personnel Management

  • Lead, develop, and manage Production and Warehouse teams by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring the effective execution of activities.
  • Monitor time and attendance, tracking employee working hours in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver employee feedback through performance evaluations, one-on-one meetings, and regular feedback sessions, while identifying training and development needs to support employee growth.
  • Manage the talent lifecycle by participating in the selection, hiring, promotion, and development of team members, and applying disciplinary measures when necessary in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Safety, Compliance, & Risk Mitigation

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, Company procedures, and applicable operational requirements.
  • Promote safe work practices by guiding and monitoring employees and ensuring that equipment is operated only by properly trained and authorized personnel.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, operational hazards, unsafe conditions, process deviations, and non-conformities, taking or coordinating appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support incident investigations regarding operational deviations, losses, and non-conformities, ensuring the implementation of resulting actions.

Communication & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate cross-functionally by working closely with other areas to ensure operational alignment, effective communication, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Report to management on operational priorities, risks, deviations, and performance results.
  • Facilitate communication updates to ensure the effective flow of information across shifts, teams, and departments.
