Parts & Service Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Direct Communication with Customers

· Invoice Customer Parts Orders Accurately

· Receive and Count Parts Shipments

· Place Parts Orders with Manufacturers

· Execute safety first attitude.

· Communicate with the service department and order the correct parts.

· Accurately ship and receive parts.

· Stock parts in the appropriate bin locations.

· Use SAP software.

· Collect accurate invoice amounts.

· Use Square (Credit card payment means)

· Perform daily morning cycle counts.

· Coordinate part returns with the parts manager.

· Communicate with manufacturers regarding back orders and special orders.

· Housekeeping such as sweeping, throwing out the trash, cleaning the bathroom and break room.

· Ship and receive transfers from other TCM branches.

· Utilize parts catalogs.

· Answer Phones and respond to emails in Timely mannor.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the OSHA

· Must comply with PPE requirements (wear a good leather work boot)

· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent attendance

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
