Job Description
The Wealth Management Associate supports Friday Wealth's senior advisors in delivering exceptional client service and comprehensive financial planning solutions. This role serves as a key operational and planning support partner, working closely with advisors to manage client servicing activities, investment-related administrative processes, and financial planning preparation. The position offers hands-on exposure to wealth management and financial planning while providing a strong development path within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client records and case notes.
  • Manage client follow-up communications and service requests.
  • Coordinate and monitor insurance underwriting requirements.
  • Assist with investment account paperwork, documentation, and trade-related activities.
  • Support advisors with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist in gathering financial information and preparing planning materials.
  • Participate in the financial planning process through research, analysis, and plan preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with advisors and operations staff to ensure a high level of service.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FINRA licenses (Series 7, Series 66, or equivalent).
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Knowledge of insurance products, investment products, financial planning concepts, and wealth management operations
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or a related field.
Professional Development
  • The firm reimburses initial licensing exam and registration fees upon successful completion.


Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation $55,000 - $65,000 annually
  • Candidates with additional experience or licensing may qualify for higher compensation.

  • Hybrid schedule with one remote workday per week initially after 90-day probationary period
