Job Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (where applicable)
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Keep warehouse areas clean and organized
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
Physical Requirements
Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequently bend, stoop, squat, reach, and twist
Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to climb stairs and safely navigate warehouse spaces
?Environmental Requirements
Work may be performed in warehouse settings that are hot, cold, humid, dusty, or noisy
Exposure to moving machinery and warehouse equipment
Ability to work around forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
Must follow all PPE and safety requirements
Indoor and outdoor work may be required depending on the facility
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and safety practices
Reliable transportation and attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic math and reading skills
