Our onboarding and training programs are second to none. What We Look For

1. An active real estate license and a genuine passion for representing buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
2. The ability to prepare residential purchase agreements and listing agreements.
3. Strength in evaluating properties to arrive at accurate values.
4. A dedication to staying responsive and available for every client.
5. Care in keeping all systems and CRM tools current.

Training

1. Initial Onboarding: An 86-day structured program featuring daily coaching, training, and accountability.
2. New agents are set up in all systems and start prospecting within 2 days of signing the team agreement.
3. Ongoing Training: Weekly trainings, listing masterminds, one-on-one coaching, and sales meetings twice a month.
