Job Objective
- Ensure an optimal usage of personnel, material and the assigned production teams with regard to achievement of the production goals at the same time follow the environmental and security guidelines. Responsibility for quality, personnel, productivity, budget and increase of production outcome according to KPI’s and lean projects.
Description Of Main Tasks
- Responsible for the operational safe-guarding and monitoring of the production plan as well as the definition for and the action to initiate correction measures in case of deviations and disruptions / engine failures
- Deployment scheduling per shift
- Continuous monitoring of the production output with the LPMS-board and definition of correction and remedial actions
- Active support of optimization measures as well as implementation in the area of responsibility
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the blue collar workers
- Training and qualification of the assigned employees in the production process
- Responsible for the compliance of legal, governmental and company internal guidelines in the area of responsibility
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics
- 1 – 2 years of work experience in an industrial company within the automotive sector
- Acts absolutely independent within own area of responsibility, takes over responsibility for complying of the budget-, quality- and target settings, analyses deviations, defines and implements sustainable correction- and optimization measures
- SAP skills on an advanced level, basic MS Office skills
- English language on A1 – A2 level (beginner knowledge, person is able to communicate in basic, simple and routine situations)
- Local language on C1 – C2 level (person is able to express himself/herself spontaneously, fluently and precisely)
