Floor Service Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be willing to train with our senior staff to deliver best in class floor and window cleaning services, while providing the best customer service in the industry. You can live in the Charlotte NC area or Upstate South Carolina. This role requires a proactive approach to service delivery and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Ability to work a flexible schedule while training. The hourly pay rate will increase with training or experience. This role will become a full time route with bonus potential once training period is complete. This is not a house cleaning service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine floor, upholstery and window services for all new and existing clients.
• Maintain monthly services on assigned fleet vehicle's and equipment on days provided by senior staff.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, and time spent on each job.
• Collaborate with team members to design efficient service solutions for clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding floor, upholstery and window cleaning services provided by NRIC

Experience

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role within the floor and window cleaning industry is preferred.
• Familiarity will running a route based job, or shift work preferred.
• Familiarity with property maintenance practices and procedures is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field while managing time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for company vehicle and travel between job sites.
• This job does require weekend and night shift work when there are jobs that need to be completed during those times.
