Your Mission
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the command center for our Home Service Heroes, helping customers get the fast, reliable help they need.
Your superpowers will include:
? Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with scheduling and service needs
? Listening carefully and responding with empathy and solutions
? Dispatching our technicians to save the day
? Keeping detailed notes and accurate customer records
? Communicating with team members to ensure every job runs smoothly
? Creating a positive, memorable experience for every customer

Friendly and confident communication skills
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry

Customer service experience preferred (but we’ll train the right hero!)
