The primary role of a Warehouse Supervisor is to oversee warehouse employees, ensuring the achievement of business objectives in areas such as safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness.
ResponsibilitiesJoining this team offers a valuable opportunity to become part of the Customer Care and Aftersales organization, responsible for the warehousing and distribution of aftermarket parts. Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes two shifts: 1st Shift from 4:00am to 12:00pm and 2nd Shift from 1:00pm to 9:30pm, with potential for additional hours on weekends. The environment is fast-paced, requiring multitasking and problem-solving skills to maintain performance amidst changing priorities. Regular shift meetings with supervisors are conducted to ensure alignment with business demands.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
