Warehouse Associate | Pittsburgh, PA

Pay: $18 - $23


White Heating is looking for an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll help keep our warehouse running efficiently by managing inventory, preparing materials and tools, loading and unloading equipment, and making deliveries to job sites and branch locations. Responsibilities:

  • Pulling products and staging them for quick access by technicians
  • Restocking parts within the warehouse
  • Conducting inventory of products within the warehouse
  • Delivering tools and materials to multiple job sites and branch locations in company vehicle
  • loading and unloading HVAC material/ tools from trucks
  • Maintain clean and organized facility
  • Periodically assist with installation or service projects

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, material-handling, delivery, or related experience preferred.
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or mechanical industry experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to accurately pick, stage, stock, and distribute HVAC parts, tools, and materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Ability to safely load and unload materials and operate or learn to operate warehouse/material-handling equipment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with technicians, warehouse staff, drivers, and branch personnel.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet delivery and staging deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull HVAC materials and tools and perform frequent standing, bending, reaching, and walking.
  • Ability to work in both warehouse and outdoor/job-site environments.

The starting base range for this position is $18.00 to $23.00 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
