As a Barista at PJ's Coffee, you’ll be the face of our brand, creating delightful experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. Your role will include:

• Crafting a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold our high standards.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

We’re seeking individuals who share our passion for coffee and customer service. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced coffee shop or food service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and teammates.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting.
• A genuine love for coffee and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
