Project Coordinator/Job CoachWe are seeking a Job Coach eager to be successful.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Work as a liaison with Delta-T Group and K-12 to assist the Independent contractors/paraprofessionals placed by the Delta-T Group• Devise, plan and implement job coaching strategies for Independent contractors/paraprofessionals placed by the Delta-T Group• Assess clients' wants and needs • Provide help and guidance for clients/contractors who may be facing different professional challenges to allow for success• Notice clients' strengths as well and the contractors and liaise to instruct them how to make the best out of their strengths WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL• Offer assistance and guidance to our clients who need help with their everyday work activities • Present and teach job skills and techniques to both working contractors and incoming contractors• Counsel contractors/clients on fine-tuning work habits/skills in preparation for best work habits• Keep track, oversee and document contractors progress• Create and update reports to present for senior management at corporate office• Uphold a positive work environmentPROJECT COORDINATOR / JOB COACH RECQUIREMENTS• Previous working experience as a Job Coach or Supervisor/Manager for 2 years• Experience in working with people with educational experience • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Problem-solving aptitude• Ability to inspire and motivate• BA in Human Relations/Education/Human Resources or similar relevant field COMPANY OVERVIEWDelta-T Group's mission is to provide cost-effective, reliable referrals, and innovative referral solutions, for the social services,behavioral health, allied health and special education fields, for the betterment of independent behavioral health professionals seekingnew opportunities and those needing care and support.
