Job Title: Machine Operating Technician
Job Description
This role involves custom manufacturing stainless steel attachments and adapters tailored to each customers specific requirements. You will rotate through and learn several workstations across the shop floor, taking ownership of projects from start to finish and ensuring each product meets precise quality and measurement standards.

Work Environment
The facility features an open-concept layout where you will move across the shop floor to complete different stages of your assigned jobs. You will work with production and machine tools, measurement instruments such as tape measures and calipers, and inspection equipment as part of the manufacturing process. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and steel-toed shoes or boots to ensure comfort and safety while working on the shop floor.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
