Dialog Clubhouse is looking for an experienced
Line Cook ($19-20/hr + TIPS) to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a station, staying organized, and helping the kitchen run smoothly during busy services.
THIS IS FOR 1835 S Sepulveda Los Angeles location. You’ll play a key role in
executing our menu and supporting daily kitchen operations We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working all stations (hot and cold line) and enjoys working in a collaborative, team-driven kitchen.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure consistent execution of all menu items (temperature, quality, and presentation)
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
- Work closely with the Chef team to develop and improve systems
- Support day-to-day kitchen operations alongside lead line cooks
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and organization
- Communicate effectively with the team during prep and service
- Work with local and seasonal ingredients
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working multiple stations (hot and cold line)
- Hot line cook experience is strongly preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Interest in learning and growing into a lead role
- Open availability preferred
Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Kitchen shifts include weekends and some holidays, with schedules shared in advance to help the team plan ahead.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
