Piping Foreman Commercial HVAC Construction

PRIMECH Recruiting is seeking an experienced Piping Foreman for an established DFW mechanical contractor. This is an opportunity to lead piping crews on substantial commercial construction projects with a company known for long-term employee retention.
What you’ll do
- Lead daily field work for commercial HVAC piping installations.
- Read drawings, plan layouts, and assign work to the crew.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules with the superintendent and other trades.
- Monitor installation quality, jobsite safety, testing, and project progress.
- Train and support pipefitters while helping resolve field issues.
What you’ll bring
- Commercial mechanical piping experience, including experience leading a field crew.
- Strong knowledge of piping installation methods, drawings, and jobsite safety.
- The ability to plan work, communicate clearly, and keep a crew productive.
- Experience with large commercial projects is a plus.
