Position Title:Screen Print Press Operator (PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Schedule:Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, In-Person
Bring designs to life on fabric, turning raw materials into retail-ready apparel with sharp lines and flawless ink coverage. We are looking for a Screen Print Press Operator to drive our operations and bring custom apparel designs to life. In this hands-on role, you will power daily press production, fine-tune color and alignment, and ensure every garment leaves our floor with flawless precision.
Key Responsibilities & Duties – include, but are not limited to:
- Set up screen print press according to work order specifications
- Precisely mount, align, and register screens
- Load inks and adjust settings for optimal printing
- Load, position, and unload garments efficiently for steady production speed
- Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect printed garments during runs for quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with shop safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous manual press or automatic press experience required
- Reliable work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, often deadline-driven production environment
- Strong attention to detail and team-oriented attitude
- Must be able to lift to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Willingness to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
